Emma 2500
The oil mist eliminator EMMA is the largest unit in the 3nine BLUE LINE Series and was designed specifically for applications where high airflow is essential, such as very large cabins or open machine tools.
The EMMA develops 1,500 CFM (2500 m³/h) and works on enclosed cabins of up to 710 CF (20 m³). Multiple EMMA’s can be used to create a solution for flow rates needed above 1,500 CFM (2500 m³/h). Like the other BLUE LINE products, the EMMA employs disc stack technology, so its maintenance requirements are minimal and efficiency is high and consistent.
With the new HEPA-filter monitor system you can monitor the HEPA-filter saturation level. If you equip your BLUE LINE oil mist eliminator with the HEPA-filter monitor you can set your own warning for the pressure drop levels and get an alarm when it’s time to order a new filter.
