The oil mist eliminator PETRA is specifically designed to handle applications with a very high solid content, such as CNC grinding, polishing applications, machining of cast iron and heat treatment (quench oil) applications.
The PETRA develops 600 CFM (1000 m³/h) and is suitable for all machine tools with a maximum cabin size of 353 CF (10 m³). It can easily be installed on most machine tools, which saves floor space and eliminates unnecessary pipe work and expensive pipe maintenance. This is important because these types of applications produce a great deal of the solid particles that can drop out in the pipes. It also makes it easier to move the machine tool when production requirements change.
With the new HEPA-filter monitor system you can monitor the HEPA-filter saturation level. If you equip your BLUE LINE oil mist eliminator with the HEPA-filter monitor you can set your own warning for the pressure drop levels and get an alarm when it’s time to order a new filter.
