We use a Enterprise Resourse Planning system (ERP system) for orders, quotes, invoicing, accounting and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for existing and potential business customers as well as suppliers and partners. In these systems we can associate a company with personal data such as job title, department, first name, last name, e-mail address and phone numbers. The storage of data for these systems takes place on servers maintained and protected by a third party IT service supplier, where the servers are located within the European Union.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for as long as necessary to provide services or other necessary purposes, such as complying with our legal obligations (eg, under the Accounting Act), settling disputes and fulfilling our agreements. Since these needs may vary for different types of data and for different contexts, actual retention periods may vary.
